Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the 9ECCN Technical Secretariat upon receipt of registration and payment. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Technical Secretariat via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
• All payments should be made in Euro (€).
• Payments methods: BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD
• All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.
• Bank transfer payment will not be allowed 10 days before the congress starts.
All the cancellations and changes must be communicated to the 9ECCN Technical Secretariat email@example.com in written form. All refunds will be processed after “the” 9ECCN Congress. Please send your complete bank account details in the cancellation e-mail.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellations
received before 31 March, 2019
• No refund – in case of cancellation, received from 1st April, 2019
